Hi Guys,
Any advise would be highly appreciated. Today we updated out Firmware for TC’s to 8.6.13 and after upgrade all the D10D models seems to be having issue where some users are able to see pre-filled text in username field.
We have tried to upgrade to 8.6.19 -24 but it still stays the same.
Tried to reset the TC to factory default settings which fixed the issue but is there any other fix as resetting to factory is not ideal for us due to display settings configured for dual screen etc.
Thanks in advance.
You can solve this by adding a blank DefaultUser to your wnos.ini file.

Tnx djmoeller. That fixed the issue. Its probably is a know issue I guess. We reported into Dell yesterday but they haven’t come back to us yet.
