Hi,
at the moment we are testing Cisco Jabber for VDI with Dell ThinClients (3040, 5070) with the most recent firmware.
We have bought some Jabra headsets which are officiall supported with the Thinclients (regarding to the administration guide).
Everything ist working fine, except to accept/ hangup calls with the hardware button of the headset, I can only use the softphone. On Windows PCs with installed Citrix Receiver everything is working fine.
Do I need a special configuration to use the hardware buttons on the ThinClient?
Thanks!
Are you using RTME addon?

Did you ever resolve this? We have the same issue with both a Jabra Dial 550 and a Logitech H570e.
Yeah, it’s fixed with the newest JVDI plugin for ThinOS.
I have to say, that we are using a supported Headset for ThinOS (Jabra PRO 935). It’s not working with all headsets.
