Hello All,
have you ever experienced something like this? This is a Wyse 5010 ThinOS, managed by WMS and has the latest firmware 8.6
the issue happens only when we plug the ethernet cable to the device.
FYI.. we have setup these devices long time ago until we need them for production. now we want to deploy them where we can use ENET but we are getting a duplicate IP address.
we checked our DHCP server, everything looks fine. Any thoughts?
Have you check if your local device has this faulty MAC address? Maybe the WLAN interface?
CG
Thomas,
this is happening on many devices, only few I was able to wire them with no issues.
also both LAN and WLAN have different vLAN
I can see this issue in my environment from time to time.
So far I have not managed to establish where the issue is.
Making DHCP lease time longer may a be workaround as this happens when renewing a lease.
