    I have to upgrade from 8.0_211

    can I go directly to 8.5 or do I have to upgrade first to 8.0_512

    if required, how do I get 8.0_512

    I have a D10DP (5010)

    I found ZD10 wnos  Version 8.0_512  in the download section

    but NOT  PD10 wnos  Version 8.0_512

    where can I find this firmware

    Hi,

    Has this firmware been removed from the downloads section? I see one there for 8.0_512 for the D10D but the file is only 7MB and has no extension. It also doesn’t appear to be a zip or rsp file.

    I’ve contacted Dell requesting this firmware but they have told me its no longer available.

    I have a bunch of Wyse terminals on 8.0_211 that need to upgrade.

    Hello,  I have a few of Dx0D on 8.0_211, also have Tx0 on 8.0_210.  I have tried to download ZD10_wnos 8.0_512 from the downloads folder but it does not appear to upgrade the devices (Dx0D) that are on 8.0_211.  I am using the same method to upgrade as upgrading the newer versions (changing .ini file to autoload=2 and SignOn=0) and getting the “new” ZD10_wnos file into the C:\inetpub\ftproot\wyse\wnos directory).  Do you have any suggestions?

    Also, which version can i use to upgrade the Tx0 devices?

    Check the ThinOS eventlog for error messages. Also, check the ftp log about what files are requested by the client. Compare that with the content of your wnos folder.
    Tx0 units are also known as 3010. Firmware is named dove_wnos
