v8.5_B020_3030LT, can't find ENG file

    Hello,
    I want to upgrade current version of my 3030LT devices to firmware v8.5_b020
    But I don’t find the file OS_Web_v8.5_B020_3030LT_ENG….?
    I only found OS_Web_v8.5_B020_3030LT_JPN
    I suppose the JPN and ENG extension have to do with language support, or am I wrong??

    Yes, JPN is only for japanese.

    Same issue here. Digital locker has 8.5_b020 but only JPN

    support site downloads only has 8.5_017.

    this goes the same for all our other clients such as 7010 and 5060. The only firmware available is 8.5_017

    I checked,

    as of today there’s only the english version for the 3040 online, the english version for the other Wyse devices are not available to download.
