I am trying to update the Blast/Horizon package on a 5010 model. I was able to update the firmware to 8.5_017 without issue and it reflected this change in the installed packages. However, the Blast/Horizon package does not seem to be updating. It still says version 2.9 in the installed packages dialog box. I have downloaded the most recent package from Dell (I think) and used the following .ini configuration to try and add the package.
autoload=2 LoadPkg=2 AddPkg=”horizon”
I have the package place ine wnos\pkg
Am I missing something?
Update:
I was able to push this out via WMS. Still wondering why it would not work through ftp.
Try autoload=1 AddPkg=”horizon”

The above suggestion did not work either.
Check the ftp log if ThinOS is at least trying to download it.
