Hi CG,
we start getting this issue on Wyse T10 thin client devices. However we are able to launch Citrix Desktop through browser.
September 19, 2017 at 5:03 pm #45239Post your wnos.ini, firmware version and Citrix setup.

September 27, 2017 at 12:43 pm #45275Hi CG,
sorry for incomplete information. Please find below Citrix setup details.
XenDesktop 7.1
Storefront 2.3
PVS 7.1
Netscaler 10.1
Additionally, GSLB is configured on netscaler to loadbalance the storefront.
Thanks

April 20, 2020 at 1:33 pm #52144This is very similar to the issue I am getting. We upgraded our VDA version to 1912LTSR, and none of our Wyse Terminals would connect. I could connect via a browser fine, very strange..
Have Citrix changed something in later versions? In the end, we had to roll back to v3 of Storefront. XenDesktop and Director are still 7.6. Any ideas?
Here is that part of the WNOS.ini

I now that 1912 is working fine.CG
April 21, 2020 at 2:20 pm #52154Firmware is a bit old, we are running 8.0_512. They are old C10 units.
Is there anyway to update the firmware without having a support contract?
April 21, 2020 at 2:42 pm #52155As soon as we rolled back to version 7.15, it worked straight away. Just don’t understand what I am missing, I could browse to storefront fine, either directly or through the NetScaler. Yet Wyse Terminals just would not connect. No idea what to do now.
April 21, 2020 at 3:31 pm #52158You can try with the latest available 8.3_109.
Download from this website.CG
April 21, 2020 at 3:46 pm #52159I have just managed to get hold of msg_8.6_206.tgz, should I try that one? That is what Dell Support has just come back with anyhow.
Thanks for all your help with this. Really appreciate it.
