1200LE and S10 over VPN

    I have an issue that has been plaguing me for months.

    Here is the scoop. Remote sites have ISP (Cable and DSL) with a Wyse S10 or 1200LE (various firmware revisions). PPTP setup to auto connect to my MS ISA VPN server through a Netscreen NS50.

    Slow performance and freezing (multimedia) on ICA sessions persist across the Citrix Farm from any device connecting through VPN.

    Steps taken so far, optimize ini file for low speed connections, reduce color depth, tested remote internet speed (over 3megs down 500kb up).

    VPN Server sits behind a dedicated 4.5meg (3 x T1s). Issue is regardless of time of day.

    Any insight welcome.

    Do you only see these issue when playing mulitmedia?
