HI,
I have recently upgraded our thin clients to 2402 since then we have had some intermittent problems but I’m unsure if this is related to the update to thinos or to 22h2 on windows.
in some areas users have reported that there keyboards stop responding for a few minutes but keyboards are fine, in another area users report that when they lock then unlock there system after a period of time that the resolution on one of the monitors changes. im at a loss as to why this is happening and i can’t see any settings on the WMS console that might influence this. has anyone had this or have a suggestion as to what it could be ?
