My Customer wants to use Teams via remote desktop but we find “Remote Audio” to have a up to 7 second lag on the microphone.
I have tried hard to fix it but i cant.
So we switched to remoteFX, which works well, but we have to have the thin client Audio set to “Play on remote computer” for the Headsets to work.
Which means no audio out for speakers for email notifications and such.
Am i missing a trick ? Is it not possible to have the HD auto connected and the USB headset ? It seems that right now the only solution will be to have a USB to analog adapter that the user can plug between headset or speakers. Any advice welcomed.
