Hello everyone,
We have V10L thin clients 0S 6.1.05. Pointed to a Citrix PS 4.5 desctop. We are trying to get local LPT printers working.
We manualy setup the printer on the thin client ( make sure the driver name is the same as in citrix) and it seems ok.
But once we go to print something it freezes the whole Thin Client /Session and we can’t do anything untill we restart the machine manualy.
We tried 3 different printers Laser jet 4 , 5 , 1200 and the same thing happens some users were able to print a couple of documents and after that everything freezes.
Has anyone seen this?
Thanks,
V
Contact Wyse and ask for 6.1.08. This is the latest FW. If the issue still exists, tell them to fix.

We will be using some kind of Jetdirect boxes to avoid the problems.
That’s for sure the best way to go with printers.
