@brian1020 – thanks for responding.  I can verify that in my case WMS is updated, as well as the configuration package, and the manual override is enabled for all.  I even tried setting the “Main Screen” option to 2, made no difference.

@MartinK, I’m seeing the same issue.  Wyse 3040, Bios 1.2.5, upgraded from 9.4 to 9.6108.  Default is clearly selected on the left screen, but the login prompt shows on the right screen.  Once I log in, the settings bar appears on the left correctly.  When I log into Citrix, the login starts on the right screen.  Once the desktop appears, I check settings, and the right monitor is incorrectly set as the primary screen.

I can “set” the display settings on the terminal (select the wrong monitor, make it primary, then select the right monitor and make it primary) and the “settings” persist until the unit is rebooted.

I don’t see an updated BIOS available on the Dell Support site, only 1.2.5 for Wyse 3040.  Am I missing something?  Thanks!

Just in case someone with ThinOS 9.1 and WMS 3.X on-prem comes across this thread, they added two more values to the db that need to be changed for external MQTT.

    stratus.external.secure.mqtt.url
    stratus.external.preferred.mqtt.url

Thanks to @XanDaph for pointing me on the right track!

FYI – I had maintenance, but for some reason that patch didn’t appear till the 17th of December for me. I applied it and it still does the same thing. I have a ticket open with Wyse, still waiting for a response. (their tech support is awful… the case worker can’t read the notes in the case or look for my attachments, keep getting questioned by the guy and the answers are in the original post)

So did the no quotes solution work? I’ve got the non-pro version of the Xenith doing the same thing. One thing to note, it started doing this after I updated to 1.7 (from 1.5).

Thanks for the tip. You wouldn’t happen to know where I can get that hotfix from? I logged into the Wyse support page and I don’t see any such hotfix.
