    Issue resolved, you should extract both files exe and xml from the downloaded files and copy to C:\WMS\LocalRepo\repository\osImages\zipped

    The device was upgraded through ftp to 8.0.512 and then 8.6.013 I can’t find any newer version and from Dell, I am getting Dove version which this device won’t accept it only T10D_wnos will accept.

    Today I found from WMS 3.0 from RDP global setting and enable FX cache for device 3020/3010 and i think it’s working now , still testing.
