Hi Peter
In ThinOS AltGr works great. We can write @ from our spanish keyboards for example with no issues. But when we connect to the VDI desktop over PCoIP protocol, AltGr doesn’t works.
Best regards,
Hi Nian
I have the same issue with our 5070 PCoIP thin clients with spanish layout.
I have a support request open and now the case is scaled to engineering.
As alternative, Dell says me use BLAST protocol to resolve this issue in the meantime.
This issue is new for me too. Spanish characters like ñ, Ñ, ç, Ç works fine, but any combination character that needs AltGr key, doesn’t works.
We trust that they will find a solution as soon as possible.
Regards,
