You are correct; they have limited the free version to 3 Admins. If you have more, a great suggestion from @schrumb, rename your unused admins. If you delete them, you won’t be able to add them back.

You can now convert Dell Wyse 5070, 5470, and 5470 All-In-One Thin Clients and OptiPlex 3000 Thin Clients Windows 10 IoT to ThinOS 2306 (9.4.2103) using the Conversion Installer and ThinOS Image file.

    5. Create a group in Wyse Management Suite with a group token or create/edit your default group ThinOS 9.x Policy

    Steps
    1. Copy the conversion Installer file “ThinOS_Conversion_Tool.exe” to the Wyse Management Suite 4.1 or later version server repository (Repository Location\repository\thinClientApps).
    2. On the Wyse Management Suite page, go to Portal Administration > File Repository, select the repository, and click Sync Files. Wait for the synchronization to complete.
    3. Go to Apps & Data > OS Image Repository > ThinOS 9.x, and click Add Firmware file.
    4. Upload the ThinOS image ThinOS_YYMM_9.x.pkg.
    5. Go to Apps & Data > App Policies > Thin Client, and click Add Advanced Policy.
    6. Enter the policy name, select the group in which the Windows 10 IoT device has been registered, and select WinIoT as OS type. Check Show conversion packages.
    7. Click Add app, and select the conversion installer file that was uploaded before from the drop-down menu.
    8. Click Add app again, and select the ThinOS image file that was uploaded before from the drop-down menu.
    9. Click Save.
NOTE: Ensure that the Apply Policy Automatically option is set to Do not apply automatically.
    10. In the next window, click Yes to schedule a job.
    11. Select Immediately in the Run drop-down menu in the App Policy Job window and click Preview.
    12. Click Schedule.

Greetings all, first I have not played with the API interface, I know of companies using it to interface with their service console. Here is some reading materials that may help you out.

    Enable Wyse Management Suite API
Wyse Management Suite server uses a proprietary API to serve requests generated from the user interface components. User Interface created with java scripts which uses a rest like API call to get required data in JSON format. The JSON format is request-specific. You can retrieve the device details or perform actions from the Wyse Management Suite server and integrate the server with your custom client such as service now.

There have been server updates to WTOS RDP, best to upgrade incrementally a test device and see the results. What is the server version you are accessing?

Greetings! Have you referenced the Dell Wyse ThinOS Version 8.6 INI Reference Guide located at https://dl.dell.com/topicspdf/thinos_8_6_ig_en-us.pdf? There is several INI settings to enable and use SNMP.

Greetings! If you are referring to Select Groups, at your Default Group Policy, Click the + to add a new group. There you will see an option on the Description field “This is a ThinOS Select group parent”, check this box. You can optionally add specific admins below.
    Now click Save.

With the new Select Group created you can now create policies under the select group, i.e. Broker 1, then another for Broker 2. Note, add user devices to the group that will be the default group for the user. What the user will see is a login screen with a dropdown for the other brokers defined.

    Hope this helps.
