You will need to have WDM maintenance to be able to access these files on the Self Service Portal site at https://support.wyse.com. As an alternative you could do a fresh install of 485.
If the unit is asking for a reboot due to low memory it may be the write filter is getting filled up. If the above suggestions do not work try increasing the amount of RAM the write filter uses.

Wyse has posted a BIOS update for the X90L which will GREATLY help with imaging the device. It’s available on Wyse.com under the downloads for the X90L.
