    I disabled UDP Audio, and youtube works ok. I have also upgraded to the latest version of ThinOS and Citrix. So far so good.

    I have the same issues when testing Wyse 5070 running ThinOS 9.1. Sound disappearing for a few seconds in Teams. Youtube sound is very bad, and other issues as well. In my opinion ThinOS 9.1 is not quite ready for rollout in a production environment. I have downgraded the Wyse 5070s from ThinOS 9.1 to 8.5 and are running them on Teams 32 bit. Works much better.

    Hi. Thanks for your information. I have a user account and a product, but I was unable to find an email address to report this issue to. I really tried.

    No, I haven’t. Do you know the email address to Wyse Support?

    I’ve upgraded to Citrix XenApp 7 2106 and Teams 1.4.00.19572 (64-bit) Citrix HDX Optimized. Now it’s working fine.

    Sorry 🙂

    I thought I was running 9.1.3112, but I wasn’t. I had downloaded the 9.0 upgrade instead of 9.1, and I didn’t notice that the installation failed. Everything is working fine now, and I will start using and testing the 5070 from next week of.

    I’m using 9.1.3112.

    I have done the test with a Jabra Evolve headset. When using bluetooth it is called Jabra Evolve 370, when using charging cable it is called Jabra EVOLVE 65. I have tested on a Dell Wyse 5070 and a 3040. If I remove the bluetooth USB and connect the charging cable USB, the 3040 discovers that, but the 5070 does not.

    I upgraded BIOS and removed a USB storage. Just now audio and camera are working, but not working every the time. Seems to be somehow unstable…

    Hi,

    I’,m running ThinOS 8.6_013 on a Wyse 3040 and Citrix XenApp 2012 on a Windows 2019 server. I have installed Google Chrome 32 bit, and my headset and camera are working when using the Teams app in Chrome. This is the settings in wnos.ini :

    sessionconfig=all mapdisks=yes VUSB_AUDIO=no VUSB_VIDEO=no
    sessionconfig=ica HttpBrowsing=yes

    Is this what you would recommend or is there a setting that works better?

    br Dag

    I also have a keyboard problem. In my Xenapp 2012 desktop session on Windows 2019 server the keyboard defaults to ENG US keyboard. I have to choose Norwegian keyboard for every app I’m using. This works fine on ThinOS 8.6 on the same Citrix platform.

    Hello again,

    The screensaver-logo works, but not the desktop-logo – and it was better not to use “/PNAgent/config.xml”.

    But if I “steal” my active Citrix session from a PC or another Wyse (ThinOS 8.6) client, then the camera and headset stop working on the Wyse ThinOS 9 client. Then I have to reset the client to factory default to get the headset and camera working again.
