Were you able to install WMS_Hotfix_3.8.0.182.exe?
July 17, 2023 at 10:17 pm in reply to: 802.1X authentication failed after ugrade to ThinOS 2303 (9.4.1141) #108344The device you are using, say 5070 or 3000 TC, does it have a valid warranty? If so, use that service tag.
I recommend that you install every update in order, as always take a snapshot of your VM before applying updates. Install 4.0.0.526, WMS 4.0.0.540, WMS 4.0.0.547 and then version 4.0.0.550. Then do the same process for the 4.1 updates.
Enabled by default

Yes, it is. However, Dell has already released a fix.

Sounds like you are using a PCoIP firmware along with a Non-PCOIP unit, or vice versa.

Thanks a lot guys for these nice words.
It was always my pleasure to help you all.
I am sure that the new one (Jim) will be as good and dedicated.
However, it is also great to see how you are helping each other here.
Keep that up. This is real world experience. Very valuable.CG
Sounds like your MQTT server is not working or not reachable.

August 30, 2021 at 12:17 pm in reply to: SCEP errors on manual or automatic device cert request #106133I have written a SCEP implementation guide which is available in the Downloads.
I have never seen or heard that you do not need an enrollment password at all. However, check my guide and come back with questions.CG
When real-time commands like Send Message do not work, this indicates that the MQTT server cannot communicate with the client.
Make sure port 1883 is reachable.CG
You can find a „First Steps“ PDF in the Downloads.
You will have to use a simple ftp server for updating. Just drop the firmware next to your wnos.ini and reboot the unit. That should work directly.CG
Then you should update for sure.
You can find the latest one 8.6_013 in the DownloadsCG
What firmware version are you running on the T10D?
