I am a view user, so I can’t help too much, but take a look at 2 sections of this site:
And the Configuration Generator
in your wnos.ini file, make the last line
then make a folder named inc in the same folder as the wnos.ini file
place your (mac).ini file in the inc folder. I think there is still a bug where the first line of the (mac).ini file is not read properly, I just put #(terminal name) as the first line so that I can easy identify the file.
VncPrompt=No Accept= ActiveVisible=yes
This is what my wtos.ini file has for vnc. I recommend you use the config generator found on this site. It works great!
I only have up to 6.5.0_30 Do I need to contact support or anything since it is not showing up?
Does anybody know when .34 will be avalable? I just checked http://commerce.wyse.com/ and it was not listed.
I had a similar problem, I finally fixed it with the wnos.ini file. Here is what I use:
Timeserver=3.pool.ntp.org Timeformat="24-hour format" Dateformat=mm/dd/yyyy
TimeZone='GMT - 06:00' ManualOverride=yes Daylight=yes Start=030207 End=100207 TimeZoneName="Central Standard Time" DayLightName="Central Daylight Time"
The config generator is great for selecting the right values
I use the name set in the registry here:
I’m starting to see this issue on several v10l’s running 6.5.0_30
Its only reported in the training lab, and it happens to be the only area using the TCX suite of software.
Will TCX Flash be included with the MMR, or will it be another product?
Thanks, that setting really had me worried.
dhcp lease time is set to 8 hours, when the 8 hours is up, what happens?
Is there a way to auto renew the IP address after the lease is up?
If not, what are other people doing in this situation?
I’m using V10L’s with 6.4.0_24
