Xenith Wireless Options

    Hi All again,

    I’m looking to configure our new Xenith’s with the wireless options. I know in order to get the settings it will have to be connected to a physical network first which is not a problem as we will be doing this to change the host name. When browsing the Xentih installation guide and you very excellant configuration tool there doesn’t seem to be an option to set the wireless security type to WPA2- Personal. What I need is the .ini settings to confgure the following:

    SSID
    Security type – WPA2 – Personal
    WPA key.

    Any ideas?

    P.s. System Version is 1.0.0_30

    Try to configure this with ConfGen and use the WTOS section instead of Xenith.
    Should work.

    That worked spot on. Thanks very much. For reference below is the .ini config for setting the wireless:

    IEEE8021X=yes network=wireless access=WPA2-PSK wpa2pskpwdEnc=PASSWORD
    Device=Wireless Mode=Infrastructure SSID=SIDNAME
