OK, I’ve followed all of the instructions and so far no success in imaging a X90L. I’ve got everything where it’s supposed to be and when I select the option I’ve configured to image the X90L using the .i2d file I created with WDM I get to a screen that says “Operating in DOS mod…” and it just sits there. No activity from the USB drive, no other observable activity. This is on a very new Wyse X90L.
Any thoughts anyone?
I assume to try to use the USB imaging TT provided here on his website, correct?
This tool wasn’t updated for some time now and X90 models are not supported for now. Maybe TT will update it once.
For now you should use WDM 4.7 to push the image.

Yeah, I followed the tutorial on here. It does appear that it should work. I’m going to try a couple of different USB sticks and see what happens.
