Wyse V10L Firmware

    I have a Wyse V10L running firmware 6.0.1_04f. I have recently purchased a licence for the TCX Virtuliser so I can connect my webcam. Unfortunatly I need to update the firmware to be able to run the TCX 🙁

    Please can someone help me work out what I need to order to gain access to the latest firmware. I am from the UK and found this INSIGHT but it says it is v5. Is this still what I need? If not please could you let me know the product code of what I need to order?

    What you have found there is the so called Maintenance. This is great to have as it is extremly cheap and you always have access to the latest code. So this is something you definitely should consider to buy for your clients.
    But as you have purchased your clients quite a while back, you are not allowed to buy this now and get the software.
    You have to buy a WTOS upgrade to latest code and should then buy additionally the maintenance.

    Best would be to conatct Wyse UK directly and ask them. Maybe they make an exception for you 😉
