Wyse ThinOS (9.1.5067) – Citrix_Workspace_App_21.1.0.14_8.pkg – USB Stick

    Hello

    I can use my USB Stick on my Computer in Windows with Citrix Workspace 21.7.0.44

    I can not use the USB Stick with my Wyse 3040

     

     

    What is noticeable is that when I connect to the Citrix server with the Wyse 3040, I see the USB stick as a drive in Devicemanager. With the computer I do not see the USB stick as a drive in Devicemanager.
    What do I need to configure on the Wyse to access the USB stick?

    Okay, I’ve moved on, but I haven’t reached my destination yet.
    As soon as the Citrix connection is established, the USB stick is disconnected.
    If I end the Citrix session, the USB stick connects again.
    This is very nice to see in the picture.

    For a short moment I see the USB stick in the Citrix session.

    What is the reason for this?

    I’m not sure of your environment but in mine the with software encrypted  thumb drives 2016 XenApp can not see them in session but can see hardware encrypted thumb drives. We use Win10 XenDesktop too so the software encrypted thumb drive work on those.
