I’ve upgraded ThinOS 8.6 to 9.1.1131 to validate that Azure MFA works with VMware Horizon, it does. However, when I try to connect to my Prod broker that still utilizes RSA auth method, it’s not accepting my RSA ID and Token.
Does anyone know what I’m missing? Does ThinOS 9.1.1131 support RSA still?
We have a horizon environment with RSA and I’m able to log in on 9.1.1131. I do have a ticket open with Dell support about the vmware broker not prompting for next token code. It just grays out the username. Are you able to see if your in next token code or if the token is locked out? That happened to me when testing.
Mike
Thanks for the reply! I also have an SR open with Dell to look at my logs. I doubt my token is locked since I can get in successfully using a laptop.
Just curious, what version is your UAG appliance? We are at v3.2.1 which is making me wonder if we need to upgrade, maybe? Also, did you upgrade from ThinOS 8.6 to 9.1 or is it a new build?
