Tagged: Failed to register Wyse terminal
Having an issue setting getting our new thin clients 5060 and 5070 to check in to the Dell Wyse Management Suite 1.4.1. Using Management suite to manage about 100 thin clients running Windows 10. I have the thin client setup and we can login to our AD accounts but for some reason it is not reporting into the management suite.
When enter the information in Wyse Device Agent, I select Wyse Management Suite-WMS for management server, Management Server name: tc-file-srv2.domain/ccm-web, Port: 443, Tenant: defa, Group: DekalbTC0!
The error I get is either Failed to register Error Status: Error_Trust_Failure or Error Status: Exception.
I have turned off our Antivirus on the management server, thinking that might be blocking it, but it still did not work. Please help.
Two things to check
– remove the ccm-web part in the URL
– deactivate „CA Validation“
CG
Thanks, that worked!
