Tagged: ThinOS9 keyboard 5070
Hi Guys,
we’ve noticed that if a user connect to Citrix on a Wyse 5070 with ThinOS 9.1.1131 (Citrix Workspace App 20.12.0.12.1) or 9.1.2101 (Citrix Workspace App 21.4.0.11.1) the keyboard is set to english despite the fact that it’s set to another language (german) on the Wyse 5070.
Even if I change it to german it’s english again after log off and log on again.
With ThinOS 8.6_511 on the Wyse 5070 it’s correct in Citrix.
VDA & Storefront Version is 1912 LTSR CU3
WMS 3.2 780
Hi,
this is already discussed here: https://technicalhelp.de/topic/thinos-9-0-3030-keyboard-problem/
But I think the ThinOS 9.1 and WMS 3.2 you can use this setting: Sitzungseinstellungen -> Einstellung für Citrix-Sitzung -> Tastaturlayoutmodus: Client-Einstellung
Kind regards,
Tim
