Hello all,
Please help if you can.
We are having another issue (mutli users) is session (VDI) freezing. Would session reliability on the Wyse correct this?
Example…VDI freezes, wireless mouse and keyboard does not work. Plug in wired mouse you can move the mouse but cannot click anywhere.
Only resort is to unplug the Wyse and plugging back in. We pulled a few dump files and have not resolved any issues. Dell is of no help.
