Wyse 3040 -> Windows Terminal Server 2016/2019

    Hello everyone,

    the hardware used (USB webcam BKI-S90AF & HP Stereo USB Headset) was easily recognized by the ThinClient (test the video preview or record with the recorder). “TSWebCam_Pro_Server_1.0.4.2.exe” from Terminal Works is installed on the terminal servers (2016) (incl. Activated option “Disable broker for session with no client-side installed”). Nevertheless, the webcam and headset are not “passed through” to the terminal server. With Windows hardware and installed “TSWebCam_Pro_Client_1.0.4.2.exe” it works without problems. Could someone solve this problem?

    Hallo an alle,

    die verwendete Hardware (USB-Webcam BKI-S90AF & HP Stereo USB Headset) wurde vom ThinClient problemlos erkannt (Test der Video-Vorschau bzw. Aufnahme mit dem Rekorder). Auf den Terminalservern (2016) ist “TSWebCam_Pro_Server_1.0.4.2.exe” von Terminal Works installiert (inkl. aktivierter Option “Disable broker for session with no client-side installed”). Trotzdem werden Webcam & Headset nicht “durchgereicht” zum Terminalserver. Mit Windows – Hardware und installiertem “TSWebCam_Pro_Client_1.0.4.2.exe” funktioniert es problemlos. Konnte jemand dieses Problem lösen?

    Two things:
    1. you have set disablesound=yes in the SessionConfig=all section
    2. check your last screenshot. Do you see the wrong characters around LPEDP Audio?
