    I have multiple Wyse 3040 devices and using the Wyse Management Suite. I have set for usb pass through and I can get the video to pass or the mic but not both, they are in one device.  in Advanced settings on ThinOs group setting under advanced I have:

    Device=vusb ForceRedirect=0x045E,0x0772,0x0E,0x01,0x00

    Device=vusb ForceRedirect=0x045E,0x0772,0x01,0x01,0x00

    Device=vusb forceredirect=0x046d,0x085c,0xef,0x02,0x01

    SessionConfig=ALL UnmapPrinters=no UnmapSerials=no Smartcards=yes MapDisks=yes VUSB_DISKS=no VUSB_AUDIO=yes VUSB_VIDEO=yes VUSB_PRINTER=no

    SessionConfig=RDP EnableRecord=yes USBRedirection=RDP

    Hi ,

    Is there a working solution for this problem?

    I have a support ticket with Dell/Wyse and I am not getting anywhere with this same thing. Here is the scenario I have;

    Wyse 3040 with ext speaker plus a Logitech C925e Webcam/Mic combo device.   Wyse was running 8.6_511 & host is a Win 10 Pro VM (Hyper-V). WebCam was working and speakers were working but no Microphone.

    Dell support told me to upgrade to 9.1 which I did. Now speaker works and microphone works but not the Webcam even though the ThinOS can see the webcam without a problem.

    I am stumped.

    Cheers, Chris.

    That issue is not exist on some firmware # like v8.6_013. Did you try v8.6_807 and/or v9.1_3112 ?

    Hi Midas,

    All I can find on the support site is “ThinOS 8.6_807 English Raw Image file for Dell Wyse 3040 thin clients” Is this what I need which includes the RDP client?

    Cheers,

    Chris.
