Wyse 3040 V9.1.1131 – Citrix Xenapp 7.15 – WMS 3.1

    We are running about 180 Wyse 3040 with the latest firmware ThinOS v9.1.1131 and Citrix Workspace app 20.12.0.12.1. WMS 3.1

    Yesterday 2 Wyse had a problem with the message:

    Citrix Workspace
    Verbindung mit ’10.x.x.x – Desktop xxx’ kann nicht hergestellt werden.

    Host is down. Überprüfen Sie die Verbindungseinstellungen und versuchen Sie es erneut.

    A multiple reboot did not fix the problem. A factory reset helped.

    Today the same with 2 other Wyse. in the same WMS group as yesterday. Adjustments were not made.

    What could be the reason for this?

    Will I have to reset two devices to factory settings again tomorrow? The day after tomorrow?

    We’re experiencing the same issue on our Wyse 5070, ThinOS v9.1 (multiple versions affected). Workspace app 20.12.0.12.1, WMS 3.1 (SAAS).

    Hello Nico

    After Upgrade to the version 9.1.2101 we have no problem anymore.

    We also set the vnc-passwort to only 8 characters.
