Wyse 3040 thinOS keyboard and mouse won’t work in citrix

    Hi Strnage issue,

     

    We have fully rebuild all 3040 thinos devices with latest bios and OS – once imaged they work fine with citric loading and it checking into WMS (private) but on reboot, the devices work on the thinOS OS but as soon as you load Citrix the keyboard and mouse stop working.

    Anyone have any ideas we just rebuild 16 of these and 6 worked fine after multiple reboots but 10 just won’t.
