Wyse 3040 ThinLinux 2.0 FTP server addons

    Hello,

    it’s me again. After i get fast help on my last topic, i get back to you to hopefully get a solution.

    We now use also a ThinLinux device. To use the wlx.ini wasn’t that difficult. But i try to get some addons for the device with the addons folder on the same FTP server.

    Folderstructure is the following

    ftp://wyse/addons

    ftp://wyse/wlx2/wlx/wlx.ini

    I’ve put the firefox_66.0+build3-0ubuntu0.16.04.2_i386.deb into the addon folder but it isn’t shown. in the availabel addon list. Message ist No add-ons available on Update Server. Do I have to configure also the DHCP settings or something like this?

    Then i have two more questions

    1. Is it possible to use multiple keyboardlayout in the inifile? I’ve tried it but only the last one in the list of three was available for the thinuser

    2. How to leave the kioskmode from Firefox? To switch to admin mode as example?

    Create a file called “directory” (no extension) and copy it in the addons folder.
    Content of the file is a simple list (one per line) of all available addons in your folder.
