Hi Everyone,
I am having a very strange issue with Wyse Thin OS – It seems to be randomly muting the audio devices (Jabra Speak 410, Speak 510 and Plantronics USB Headsets). I can’t see any pattern to it but all users on 200+ thin clients are reporting it happening several times a day. After a reboot, the device is unmuted. I have also seen it happen when I am working and the mute light will randomly turn on for my Jabra Speak. These devices are listed as supported and I have seen it happen on several versions of ThinOS.
Has anyone experienced this or have any idea what I am doing wrong?
I have added some audio settings to disable mute to my WMS config but it hasn’t made a difference.
ThinOS versions that have this issue are 8.6_206, 8.6_412, 8.6_511 and 8.6_606. I have included my config below. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Also – sorry for the long post!
February 25, 2021 at 11:39 am #82994Is there anything in the ThinOS eventlog at the time when the audio device gets muted?
BTW, you have two lines with SignOn=yes in your config. You could consolidate them.
