Hello Gents,
We utilize Wyse 3040 thin clients and VMware Horizon 8.1 VDI infra.
We have default terminal lock behavior (it locks after 10 minutes if user idle) and after terminal unlock multiple app instances open automatically. Usually it appears with Word or Excel apps. Some users complain that documents (like excel sheets) start scrolling automatically (if it was opened before terminal locked) after terminal unlock.
WTOS version: 8.6.710
Horizon client version: 5.1.20121717
Does anybody face the same issue?
Everyday we have a lot of user complaints about mentioned issues.
It would be great if you’re able to give some helpful advices.
Thanks in advance
How do you configure your clients? Could you post your config?

We utilize FTP server to manage our thin clients.
Config is shown below:

Include=$mac.ini
Do you have any settings in your mac.ini?
CG
We include this section to override global config file for thin client we use for testing. There are no individual config files for all other thin clients. So, thin clients with “global” config are used for users who complain about issue.
As a workaround, we disabled terminal lock in our test environments and the issue doesn’t appear there.
But it seems, it is some Thinos/Horizon client issue.
