Wyse 3040 doesn’t boot with Elo Touchscreen attached

    Hi All,

    I am having an issue with Wyse ThinOS 8.5+ not booting with an Elo Touchscreen (Model 1509L). It works OK if the touchscreen is connected after booting but if it is connected during boot up, it sticks at the Dell Logo.

    It works fine with 8.4_112 but unfortunately, I can’t seem to download this version anymore.

    Does anyone know a workaround  for this or where I can find a download of 8.4_112

    Have you tried with 8.6 already?

    Hi ,

    Thanks for the reply. The version I am using for all other devices is 8.6_412 and it seems to have the same issue. Ideally, this is the version I would prefer to use but any version that supports the Elo screens is fine really.
