I dont get it ๐Ÿ™ , does it work like this video shows in your setup? https://youtu.be/NjTWpeq4jRY?t=39

I have ThinOS 9.1.6108. , Citrix Workspace App package 21.12.0.18.3.

    User Experience = Classic

    Workspace Mode = on.

I assume when you put on the TC and he connects to the broker he gives the pop-up like in the video.ย  But that’s not happening on our setup. He gives us the classic logon screen.

    Our situation:

    1. Gateway

    2. Azure (redirect URL)

    3. Login + MFA

    4. FAS

    5. Storefront

Yes, ours works just like the video.

Silly question, youโ€™re testing from an external connection and not from your corporate network correct? Internal our same URL just uses the Dell username and password and LDAP when left on the โ€œDefaultโ€ authentication type in WMS. Only when going through the gateway from external internet will you get a prompt for MFA.

Iโ€™d be happy to test against my policies. Send me an email and your Citrix broker URL.

After working with Marvin, before even plugging the URL into a ThinOS policy I tested the URL in native Citrix Workspace for Windows and Citrix Workspace for Linux; it did not work in either. Thatโ€™s a Citrix issue and not a ThinOS issue so if any of you try the same, you need that to work first before it will work in ThinOS. If that doesnโ€™t work for you, open a case with Citrix and they can assist with your Citrix policy.
