Hi
I am trying to move some of my 5010 and 3040 clients til WMS.
I have built policies for 8.* to be deployed on 5010, but I have some problems to get my headset redirected to Citrix.
I can see and test the headset locally, but when I log into Citrix the headset are gone.
If I use a similar client with good old .ini – redirection works fine.
Anyone have an idea?
/ Torsten

August 17, 2020 at 5:23 pm #52836Post your wnos.ini to compare.
Activate “Exclude Audio devices” in your policy.

I have asked you to do the opposite. Deactivate at least the audio devices.
Therefore, activate “Exclude Audio devices”!
