Hello all,
I’m wondering if we’re the only one with this problem.
Ever since we upgraded WMS to v4.0 HF1 540 (Standard version), we are unable to create new administrators.
When we go to the menu “Users” and then click on “Administrator(s)”, we can see the “Add Admin”-button activate for a fraction of a second and then it immediately becomes grey and unavailable.
Upgraded to WMS v4.0 HF3 550 in the meantime, but the issue persists.
As I see no reaction over here, does this mean, we’re the only ones experiencing this ?
Fresh install or an upgrade? If upgrade from what version? I will test in my lab…

Give this a try, clear your browser cache. there is a note in the release notes…
I am experiencing the same issue on our Wyse Management Suite 4.0.0.550. It looks like the ‘Add Admin’ button is broken. I could not locate a fix referenced in the release notes and deleting browsers cache did not work. Were you able to find a solution?
I opened a ticket with Dell and I was told that Wyse Management Suite 4 now supports a maximum of 3 Admin accounts. This is a new feature that reduces stress and resources on the WMS console.
Have the same issue.
Seems restriction of the free version.
Nice to let people know this ‘feature’.
They force you into the pro version.
we renamed old accounts of users that are no longer working at the company.
Temp solution untill we run out of old accounts.
You are correct; they have limited the free version to 3 Admins. If you have more, a great suggestion from @schrumb, rename your unused admins. If you delete them, you won’t be able to add them back.
