WMS pro public cloud version and vnc not possible

    Hi everybody

    I red that in WMS pro public cloud Remote Shadow via VNC ist not possible. Is there an alternative way to do remote support for clients? I do have only ThinOS clients which connect to a VDI Windows Desktop.

    You can use any local VNC viewer. Just not integrated in WMS Pro. Dell is working on this for one of the next releases.
