Tagged: DHC Button Options
I recently worked with a customer who screen switching when using RDP sessions on DHC. By default, if you do not touch or change a radial button it is set as Not Set. For example in RDP Connection, you will see Grab Keyboard Events Radial button. IF the Administrator does not click or change the button and wants the Windows Key to function as the key to change sessions or access the Desktop, the key will pass straight trough to the virtual session. The setting is defined as Not Set in WMS and DHC.
To set as No the Administrator has to click the radial button on, then back off. This will now set the parameter as Off for the feature.
Hope this is helpful…
