Hi everyone
I having trouble updating Wyse 3040 ThinOS 9.1.2101.
Clients are checked in the WMS server. I can move them into any policy groups I want and will update.
However, through WMS, I updated the policy in a group I already have subscribed clients, but none of the edits are applied to the clients. Even if I uncheck/check-in the server, move them around groups, factory reset them, they will update to a previous configuration.
I figure the problem comes from the server but I am missing something.
Do you have any suggestion?
Theank you
If you previously changed the policy on the device level through create an exception then it will not inherit changes from the group. you would have to reset the policy on the device so that it picks up inherited changes.
Remove all Firmware settings from your production policies, i.e. Default Policy group. I recommend only performing updates in the designated Update Policy.
