Hi,
we have just setup a WMS 1.1 in our on premise environment but have issues with checkin a Thin Client 5010 with Thin OS 8.4.009
It´s exactly the same error message like here:
https://technicalhelp.de/forums/topic/dell-wyse-management-suite-checkin-issue-with-errors/
We made the entries in our DNS and the server adress is shown in the settings of the Thin Client. We also can ping this address. We also tried to implement the self signed certificate of our WMS server but nothing works.
What can be the problem? Please help
Have you change name or ip of the WMS server after first install?

Hi Hoerti,
can you shortly summarize the DNS settings you made..?
important is that _WMS_CAVALIDATION and _WMS_GROUPTOKEN go under “domain” and not under “_tcp.domain” in the DNS-Server…
Regards
Volker
