Hi Guys,
is there an easy way to get a complete list of connected thinclients in WMS 3.x standard (free) like in the old WDM 5.7.2?
ideally, it should contain the following information:
– name
– IP
– model
– firmware release
– (optional) last checkin
Or do we need the pro version for this?
Thank you!
AFAIK reporting is a Pro feature.
You would find it under Portal Administration – Reports, if available.
The only other option would be to extract this information directly from the database. Check the WMS Troubleshooting Guide in the Downloads for details on accessing the DB.

I am running WMS Cloud Pro Ver 3.2 but i don’t see anything with respect to Reporting on Portal Administration Page, also when I check in Documents and Manuals on Dell.com I don’t see troubleshooting Guide.
Is there any other way to get the following details from WMS
– name
– IP
– model
– firmware release
– last checkin
– Last user loggin
Go to “WMS – Portal Administration – Reports”
