Hello:
WMS 3.7.458
Wyse 5070 PCOIP
Wyse ThinOS 9.3.1107
BIOS: 1.17.0
Policy Group ThinOS 9.x
===============
Settings BIOS – Dell Wyse 5070
Enable Rear USB Ports – Disabled
Enable Front USB port Top – Disabled
Enable Front USB port Top Medium – Disabled
Enable Front USB port Bottom Medium – Disabled
Enable Front USB port Bottom – Disabled
==================
Hello – When I disable the USB Ports in WMS for the 5070 BIOS the ports disable however the USB Keyboard and Mouse are also disabled. Per the documentation the keyboard and mouse are supposed to work even with the ports disabled.
Has anyone else seen this?
The Mouse and Keyboard will only work in BIOS Setup when USB ports are disabled. Suggest enabling the ports to the connected devices and using WMS to control what devices are allowed to be used, i.e, USB drives, Printers, Scanners, Cameras, and microphones.
