I upgrades to WMS3.5.2 recently and was able to gain access and update my clients thinos software. I recently rebooted the server and now I cannot get access to WMS anymore.
When I click on the WMS icon, it brings up IE and I get the error
The page cannot be displayed.
When I click on troubleshoot connection problem:
The remote device or resource won’t accept the connection. Is not setup to accept connections on port https
In IE, internet options, I have TLS 1.0, 1.1., 1.2 and SSL 3.0 checked.
Anything else I can try?
Thanks,
John
none of the services were started due to logon failures, had to reset WMSuser password and reset all the services and DBs.
Thanks for replying with the solution. I had a similar issue but it was because I enabled TLS 1.2 in the web UI without enabling it on the server (via registry).
