WMS 3.3 to 3.5 fail

    WMS :3.3

    System : Windows server 2019 (AD)

     

    Hello,

    I just tried to upgrade to WMS version 3.5 but I got an error.
    Has anyone got this error and what is the solution?

    Error I got from 3.3 to 3.5.1 was “Failed to grant folder level permission to folder: The handle is invalid. Failed to grant folder level permission for LocalRepo, hence restoring…” After this it tried to revert back. After completing the app would not launch, acted like it wasn’t even installed. We had to restore the entire server from a snapshot. Ticket open.
