I’ve looked all over the existing policies to find the UC Virtual channel toggles to be able to turn on/off Teams, Zoom, WebEx, Jabber optimizations, where did these disappear to? I don’t see anything about these features being removed or moved, and they weren’t moved they’re just gone.
They used to be listed under ThinOS 9 policy under Session Settings>>Citrix Session Settings and now they’re just gone. Am I missing something?
Appears this is correct in WMS now, they are missing and it will match the Admin Policy Tool settings in ThinOS 9.1.3109 (checked my preview copy). Since Citrix 21.4 went from 32 virtual channels to 64 virtual channels, those UC virtual channels will be on by default and there is no longer a need to turn them on and off.
