Hi everyone,
Just wondering if anyone has ever encountered an issue with Windows XP taskbar buttons staying depressed when the related program is not selected. We have a user who seems to be getting this somewhat frequently, with four or five programs stuck in a depressed state (and I don’t mean suicidal, heh) that will not respond to being selected with the mouse. After being clicked on several times they seem to become available again.
I’m not certain this is related to the terminal or Wyse at all, since it may be something wonky with RDP or View. Once we removed multi display support from TCX she said the frequency of this problem occurring decreased, however I’m not sure how reliable that is since it’s likely coincidental, but I still thought it might be worth asking the community. Thanks for any info!
