Where to find Add-on/Optional package RTME.i386.pkg for RTAV?

    Hi all,
    I’m running ThinOS 8.3_012 in a Wyse 5010 (D10DP) and Wyse 5040 AIO with PCoIP. For use and activate RTAV I need to install/deploy manually RTME package. Can you tell me where to find RTME package? I’ve failed searching @ Wyse/DELL Support Self service and in the Internet.

    i found it in the download section on the self service portal, you should have a look there.

    We have a Software Maintenance contract and I found the packages @ the self service Wyse Portal.
