Hi there,
we are trying to redirect a Logitech C505e HD webcam with a built-in microphone into a Citrix session on ThinOS 8.6_30
We are able to use webcam in Citrix session, but not the microphone.
Unfortunately this device only has one single USB PID/VID unlike other cams we already use, which have separate PID for audio and video respectively.
Is there any way to accomplish having both audio and video redirection for such a device?
In ThinOS 9 I was able to see and use both in MS Teams with , however Teams is not useable with ThinOS 9 because all calls inbound and outbound as well as joining meetings only result in “connecting…”, never getting a connection (with all 9.x versions so far).
Do not use any USB redirection. Webcams and mics will get redirected using the Citrix virtual channels.
So “Exclude audio/video” is correct.
ThinOS 9.1 will bring great fixes to Teams optimization.

Thanks a lot.
We are using these settings:
Global Session Settings:
Citrix HDX Settings:
USB Redirection Settings:
If we do not configure USB redirection settings, we can only use mic, not cam inside Citrix session.
If we do configure it though, we can use cam but no mic.
So what are we supposed to do then?
We sincerely hope that 9.1 fixes MS Teams, otherwise we will be seriously screwed with about 1000 Wyse 5070 clients and everyone eager to collaborate.
Again, typically you should not use any USB redirection at all. Otherwise, no optimization will work.
As I never worked with that specific webcam I am running out of tips here.
